The Golf Institute is hands down the best indoor golf facility I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The spacious, open warehouse design creates such a refreshing atmosphere—you never feel boxed in like you do at other places. The staff are welcoming, the vibe is relaxed, and the music is always on point.
Brad has built something truly special. As a former player turned coach, he brings a unique perspective and a holistic approach that really helps golfers get the most out of themselves.
If you’re passionate about the game, TGI is somewhere you’ll genuinely want to spend time. Geelong and the Surf Coast are incredibly lucky to have this gem right on their doorstep.

Before joining The Golf institute and having lessons with Brad I was not enjoying the game and was completely lost with my swing. Brad has kept it very simple for me and is now helping with a swing that suits my age and body (54)! I’m now playing to my handicap, enjoying the game and ready to get my handicap down. Wow, great set up! I was throughly impressed. With the industrial area, you think it’ll be a tin shed – then you step inside and it’s deluxe to be fair! The hitting area was particularly awesome, the mats are elite.

Having a membership at The Golf Institute (TGI) was one of the best decisions we made for our daughter. Her performance has improved dramatically! Coach Brad taught her invaluable skills that have truly transformed her game.
Justine and Brad also did an excellent job in forming the juniors’ team, fostering camaraderie and friendly competition among the players.
I highly recommend TGI for anyone looking to take their golf game to the next level.
Forgot to mention, they have a great set-up for serious golfing improvement. The location is also tucked-in with plenty of parking spaces.

Upon walking through the doors you are immediately taken aback by the size and scale of the facility. No expense has been spared. The facility is meticulously maintained and utilises the best technology available. The golf specific strength and conditioning area is well equipped with great training support available. Brad and the team are always available to help and the coaching provided is outstanding.

My wife and I recently took up golf, and I was initially skeptical when she suggested we try the indoor simulator. Fortunately, she chose The Golf Institute, and there’s been no looking back. The progress we’ve made has been incredible, and I’ve been amazed at how transferable the improvements from the simulator have been to the course. The Trackman technology is a game-changer, giving detailed data on every shot so I can pinpoint areas for improvement and make quick, meaningful adjustments.
What’s truly made the experience exceptional, though, is the team at The Golf Institute. The staff’s positive attitude and professionalism have made all the difference, and Brad, in particular, has been fantastic. After just five lessons and a custom fitting for a new Mizuno driver and 3 wood, I’ve seen steady improvement in my game.
I’ve also found great value in the other offerings at the facility, like Springy’s in the Golf Conditioning and Wellness Centre, the WellPutt putting facility, and of course, the well-stocked Mizuno store. If you want to take your skills to the next level, I highly recommend TGI!

The facilities are top-notch, and the use of cutting-edge technology like Trackman provides incredibly accurate feedback, helping me make steady progress with my swing. Since starting, and after just five lessons with Brad, my handicap has dropped from 47 to 30.4 — an achievement I’m really proud of!

As a complete beginner golfer, a friend recommended a Women’s Golf Clinic at the Golf Institute. The clinic was a fantastic introduction to golf with the Springys system in the Conditioning & Wellness Centre and lessons with Brad in the Trackman simulators. I was so impressed I have continued working with Brad to further develop my swing combined with improving my fitness in the conditioning & wellness Centre which has really benefited my game. I would definitely recommend The Golf Institute to anyone starting out on their golf journey excellent facilities with an amazing team to support you with all aspects of your game!
