With over 30 years of experience, founder Brad Lamb has combined an extensive playing career with insights gained from working alongside some of the world’s best golf coaches to develop a unique and effective approach to coaching.
Brad’s journey began when he was selected for elite golf programs at the Australian Institute of Sport and the Victorian Institute of Sport, where he trained from 1995 to 2000.
Over the years, Brad worked with some of Australia’s most renowned coaches, including Ross Herbert, Denis McDade, and Dale Lynch, and learned from elite players such as Rod Pampling, Peter Senior, Rebecca Artis, Geoff Ogilvy, Aaron Baddeley, Brett Rumford, and Scott Gardiner.

In 2003, Brad began working with the legendary Gary Edwin OAM, the mastermind behind the right-sided golf swing. Gary’s revolutionary approach has simplified the game for countless players and coaches, and Brad credits his time with Gary as pivotal in shaping his own coaching philosophy.
